Greetings, body language and posture are the apex to creating first and long lasting impressions to your employer, client or colleague. We at GroomX will work to cover those aspects of communication that would give those great first impressions and would reflect positively on your success charts!
Much of what we try to communicate—and others try to communicate to us—gets misunderstood, which can cause conflict and frustration in personal and professional relationships. By learning these effective communication skills, you can better connect with your spouse, kids, friends, and co-workers!!.

Day 1
- Critical elements of effective communication
- Improve Grammar and Vocabulary
- Instill confidence in spoken English
- Effective pronunciation (stress, rhythm and intonation)
- Proper sentence formation
- Confidence in conversational skills
- Social Etiquette: Telephone/Cell phone etiquette
Day 2
- To develop better interpersonal skills
- To instill assertiveness and confidence building
- Conflict Management
- Anger Management
- To be a better listener
- Public Speaking and Presentation Skills
