
The Outbound Training is a technique used to enhance the efficiency of employees through Experiential Learning.
In-house Training
The in-house training sessions have more than 70% activity based experiential learning methodologies incorporate. In other words, taking the group of employees away from the actual work environment into the outdoors and are assigne some challenging task or activity that needs to be completed by them within a given time frame. The participants are involving in activities that requires individuals to work as a cohesive unit. This facilitates learning of concepts through discovery. The concepts thus learnt are then correlated to work place situations through roleplays.
Outbound Training
The participants are led to an unknown location and given a series of challenges to complete. Their sole resource for completing these challenging tasks is their own group members. This fosters a sense of interdependence and accelerates learning.
